They do a great job of framing here. They are very helpful in making your selection and give good advise. The staff is very courteous and that means everything. You never feel rushed into making a decision.
High quality framing: we got great service even though there was a special event happening when we stopped in. They took the time to plan matting and frame styles with us for two art pieces. The prices are high but the work and products are high quality.
I came in with a basic gist of the framing I desired, and was very impressed with the ability of the staff to take that idea and improve upon it. I can say without a doubt that the frame turned out even better than I had envisioned personally.
They had a variety of framing and matte options, along with a good system for previewing and comparing the possible combinations. It was short work to narrow down the selections to the most pleasing design.
I have little frame of reference for prices, but the staff was upfront about the cost of certain options, and there was no push towards the more expensive options. The estimated time of completion was accurate, at one week. I specified that I had no rush to finish the frame, so the time was fine by me.
The build quality was sturdy, without noticeable imperfections. The slight bends in the picture were also successfully removed. Would recommend.
